Given that it's been about twelve thirteen years since I threw this mess together, and that it's been about six seven since I added anything new or interesting, and in the meantime, my first book (Building Dynamic HTML GUIs) has gone out of print, my second book (Cascading Style Sheets: Separating Content from Presentation) is now in its second edition, I've stopped updating my first blog and started another, which I'm not really doing much with, either, but I've been insanely busy with EnemiesList, my antispamemail security project, I figure it's about time I updated the site.

If you're looking for other places where my world-changing influence on modern Web discourse and design, or Internet email security can be felt, well, try these links.

Don't hold your breath for whether I'll update the site again this decade.

That said, I am leaving the few items of interest. They include:

• a project where I mapped the two- and three-letter .com, .net and .org domains by their registration date, which you probably couldn't do today because whois sucks so bad.
• a cute little port of Keith Owens' ipcalc script in Dynamic HTML, which may or may not work for you as it was some insanely kludgy Javascript when I first wrote it back in 1999 or so
• some notes on how I got my Pismo Powerbook to triple-boot Linux, OS X beta, and OS9
• a fun Chernoff Faces Java applet I wrote back in 1995 or so that seems to be a perennial favorite for computer science professors to link to
• some old and probably useless antispam tools I hacked together for spam-l, including a perl HayWyre Javascript unobfuscator
• proof that someone, somewhere, actually used VRML, if not for anything useful
• a bunch of badly drawn flyers for the Inn Complete, the Graduate Student Club at Syracuse University, where I worked as a galley slave for four years from 1988 to 1992
