• We're a flat organization where everyone is encouraged and expected to contribute freely and vigorously.
• We appreciate the hard-won knowledge of web rock stars (we may even brandish the sash ourselves from time to time), but we prefer to check those rock star egos at the door. Because we're all still learning.
